Obituary

Jacqueline A. (Labrie) Simard, 64, of Manchester, died August 15, 2014 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a long courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Manchester on January 11, 1950 to William and Theresa (Beauregard) Labrie. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
She worked many years for the Goffstown School District as a custodian and in school cafeterias.
Jackie enjoyed riding her motorcycle with her husband, listening to music and working in her garden. There was nothing more important to her than being with her family and friends. She was also the person you knew you could always count on.
Family members include her husband of 36 years, Edward Simard of Manchester; two daughters, Donna Sherman and her husband, William, of Manchester and Christine Simard of Pembroke; five grandchildren, Brittany Ainslie and her husband, Marc, Samantha Sherman, Nicole Bennedetti, Amanda Bennedetti and Hannah Bennedetti; one great-grandchild, Marcus Ainslie, Jr.; her mother, Theresa Beauregard of Manchester; a sister, Diane Cataldo of Sanbornton; a brother, Ronald Labrie of Manchester; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed in Mt Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
