Tommie Wayne Haithcock, 68, of Omega died Thursday, August 14, 2014, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2014, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with Rev. Stephen Webb officiating. Mr. Haithcock will be laid to rest at a later date.
Mr. Haithcock was born on June 19, 1946 in Russellville, Alabama and was the son of Housten Haithcock and Mary Alice Williams Haithcock, both deceased. He retired from Amerimax Building Products.
Mr. Haithcock is survived by his wife, Gale Fedchock Haithcock of Omega; two sons and daughters-in-law, Housten and Kim Haithcock of Valdosta and Frank and Kelly Haithcock of Orlando, Florida; two step-sons, Keith Roberson of Athens and Scott Matthew Roberson of Atlanta; one step-daughter and her husband, Stacy Roberson and Rudolf Lippan of Marietta; one brother, Tony Hill of Memphis, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Henry Haithcock, Kaitlyn Haithcock, Ashleigh Haithcock and Alex Haithcock; and his faithful dog, Blast.
