John J. Morris, of Stoneham, passed away on Monday March 25, 2002 in Sanford Maine. He was 66 years of age.
Son of the late Manuel and Margaret (Moran), Mr. Morris was a resident of Stoneham for many years.
John was a printer working at Filenes for 50 years. He was a member of the Massachusetts National Guards. He loved to golf and sailing and was an avid sports enthusiast, his favorite being football, baseball and hockey.
Mr. Morris is survived by his wife Judith (White) Morris, his two children, Lou Ann Le Blanc and her husband William of New Hampshire, John Paul Morris and his wife Maggie of Maine and his six grandchildren, Shannon Countie, Lauren LeBlanc, Billy W. LeBlanc, Emily Ann Morris, Gillian Marie Morris and Sean Martin Morris. He was the brother of Lawrence Morris and his wife Grace of New Hampshire, Eugene Morris and his wife Charlene of Stoneham and Joseph Morris of New Jersey.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. STONEHAM on Friday March 29, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours Thursday 4-8 p.m.
