Keltner, Cynthia D. (Hampton), 49, of Louisville passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014. Cynthia was a data specialist with Baptist Health. Survivors include her husband, Antoine C. Keltner; a daughter, Caitlyn Keltner; a step-daughter, Shannon Keltner; a granddaughter, Brelynn Watson; parents, Margaret Hampton and Paul Hampton; three sisters, Karen Cason, Lisa Kirkwood and Tammie Voss; two brothers, David & Rick Kirkwood. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at the Owen Fuineral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 pm Monday.
