Jacqueline (DeGraff) Hogg, 64, passed away Thursday July 31, 2014 at University of Louisville Hospital.
She was born in Terre Haute, IN to John Richard & Beulah Mae (Haase) DeGraff.
Jacqueline was a Dietary Manager and a Baptist by faith.
She was preceded in death by her Parents.
Survivors include her loving Husband of 18 years, Earl Hogg; a Step-Daughter: Tina Mack (Tim); a Grandson: Thomas Mack; a Brother: Ted DeGraff;
a Sister: Cora DeGraff; 2 Nieces: Jessica Taylor & Erica Sam elson; and 2 Nephews: T. J. DeGraff & Cameron DeGraff.
Funeral Services will be held 5:00 PM Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be Sunday 12:00 Noon – 5:00 PM
