Aline J. (Grimard) Anderson, 70, of Bedford, died July 20, 2014 after a period of declining health.
Born in Manchester on December 27, 1943, she was the daughter of Romeo E. and Simone (Beauchamp) Grimard. She attended St. Anthony Grammar School and graduated from St. Anthony High School in 1961.
Most recently she had been employed at St. Anselm College for many years. Previously she had worked at the Catholic Medical Center and also had retired from the US Selective Service after 20 years of employment.
Aline loved to travel and also enjoyed skiing. She was a longtime member of the League of NH Craftsman who enjoyed painting and creating lampshades. She was past president of the Ladies Auxillary of the Bedford Fire Department. Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.
Family members include her husband of nearly 50 years, Paul E. Anderson of Bedford; one son, Christian E. Anderson and his wife Lori Kolatschek; her sister, Doris Benoit and husband George of Westfield, MA.
A graveside committal service took place on Saturday, July 26, 2014 in Bedford Center Cemetery.
