Adelia Ann Ford, 74, of Cocoa, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014, at the Wylie Baxley Funeral Home Chapel in Merritt Island, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Wylie Baxley Funeral Home Chapel in Merritt Island, Florida. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Salem Memorial Gardens.
Adelia was born in Valley, Alabama and moved to Brevard County, Florida in 1965 from Warner Robins. Adelia worked for the Department of Defense as a contract administrator.
Ms. Ford is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Ford; her son, Steve Ford; and four grandchildren; Savannah, Carli, Emilee and Kyle.
