Raymond W. Woodcock, 57, of New Bedford died July 8, 2014 at Southeastern Mass. Health and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
He was the husband of Cindy A. (Vieira) Woodcock.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Richard and Ethel (Hart) Woodcock, he lived in New Bedford most of his life.
Mr. Woodcock was formerly employed by several local fish houses for many years and by Decas Cranberry.
He enjoyed golf, watching sports and bar-b-que grilling.
Survivors include his girlfriend, Laurie A. Alexander of New Bedford; 2 brothers, Michael W. Woodcock of Fall River and Bradford H. Woodcock of Westboro, MA; 3 nieces, Rachel, Jenny and Olivia and a nephew, Brad.
His visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 5-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
