Burlington, Ma – Wayne C. Ferreira, age 63 of Burlington, Ma formerly of New Bedford, passed away on June 29, 2014 at his home in Burlington. He was the loving fiancée of Isabel Oliveira, the father of Jennifer Hiller and the son of Clarice (Machado) and the late Antone "Roxy" Ferreira. Mr. Ferreira was born in New Bedford but moved to Burlington about 13 years ago. While living in New Bedford, Wayne was self-employed as a Plasterer.
He leaves behind his mother, Clarice; his fiancée, Isabel of Burlington, Ma; his daughter, Jennifer Hiller and her husband, Rick, of Fairhaven; 2 grandchildren: Quentin and Austin Hiller; 3 siblings: Barry Ferreira of Hawaii, Roger Ferreira of Acushnet and Dennis Ferreira of New Bedford.
Visitation for Mr. Ferreira will take place Thursday evening in the funeral home from 5 – 7 P.M. Cremation will follow. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
