James Andrade, 93 of Swansea, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Taunton Nursing Home. Born in Fall River, he was the husband of the late Alice (Dias) Andrade and the son of the late Joseph & Mary (Martin) Andrade. He was a US Army veteran of WW II, and owned his own Automobile Repair Business. James worked part time at the Raynham & Taunton Dog Tracks, enjoyed traveling, and resided in FL 6 months of the year.
He is survived by his daughter, Katherine Russell of Middleboro and his son, James J. Andrade, wife Darlene of Swansea; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a sister Mercades Moniz; a brother Joseph Andrade; sister in law, Irene Andrade all of Swansea. He was the brother of the late Dennis Andrade
