Fall River – Ana C. Felix-Ilarraza, age 59 of New Bedford, died, unexpectedly, on Thursday, June 25, 2014 at St. Anne’s Hospital. She was the loving wife of Jose L. Santiago Vega and the daughter of the late Rosalia (Ilarraza) and Dario Felix Pizarro. She was born in Puerto Rico and after coming to this area was dedicated to upbringing of her family.
She leaves behind her husband, Jose, of New Bedford; 4 children: Jose L. Santiago Felix, Rosalyn Santiago Felix, Otoniel Santiago Felix and Danaliz Santiago Felix, all of New Bedford; 3 siblings: Eva Felix Torres of New Bedford, Juan A. Felix of Bridgeport, Ct, and Gabriel Felix of New Bedford, as well as 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place in the funeral home on Tuesday, July 1 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. with a service to be conducted during that time and her burial to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
