SALEM - Ronald M. St. Pierre, 64, of Salem, formerly of Ipswich, died Friday morning, June 20, 2014 at the Salem Hospital following a long illness.
Born Webster and raised in Ipswich, he was the son of the late Louis and Marie (Gallant) St. Pierre and was a graduate of Ipswich High School, Class of 1968.
He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era.
A resident of Salem for most of his life, Mr. St. Pierre was employed for many years in the electronics industry. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at E.G.& G., GTE Sylvania and Thermal Circuits, all of Salem.
Ronald is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Jennifer St. Pierre of Lawrence, one daughter, Susan St. Pierre and her fiancé, Erik L’Italien of Essex, three grandchildren, Courtney Lemoine, Logan Lemoine and Jacob St. Pierre, all of Lawrence, two brothers, David and his wife Kathie St. Pierre of Peabody, Richard St. Pierre of Reno, NV, one sister, Darlene St. Pierre-Vaughan of Harrodsburg, KY and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 11 am to 1 pm with a memorial service at 1 pm at the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem.
