Doherty, Addie Mae, 90, formerly of Plymouth and Stoneham passed away at Beth Israel Hospital in Plymouth on April 22, 2014. Wife of Patrick Doherty of Plymouth. Mother of Debra “Debi’ DiCarlo of Carver, Denise “Neici” Kristensen of Denmark, Patrick Thomas Doherty of Maynard, Karen Neumann of DE, and Sean Doherty of Stoneham. She also leaves 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Addie was born in Nacogdoches, TX, the daughter of Tom and Henrietta (Phillips) Golden. She leaves a sister, Fanny, and a niece, Jeannie, both of Texas. She worked as a Nurses Aid at Winchester Hospital. She summered in Plymouth (Manomet) for over 50 years and wintered in Florida during their retirement years. Addie loved to travel and was a member of the John Alden Sportsmen Club and St. Bonaventure Parish.
There are no visiting hours. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Bonaventure Parish on July 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM
