Gilford, NH-Joseph Mills Jordan, 72, of 4 Hook Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.
Mr. Jordan was born March 16, 1942 in Weymouth, MA, the son of Samuel and Ashie Jordan. He had recently resided in Laconia and Gilford and had previously resided in Middleboro, MA. Mr. Jordan served in the US Navy and then worked as a chef for many years including on the Exxon Valdez and at the Hideaway Restaurant in Middleboro, MA.
Mr. Jordan is survived by his sons, Joseph Jordan of Gilford, Jason Weaver and his wife Jennifer of Ossipee, NH and Chris Weaver and his wife Dawn of Gilford. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Kyle, Kristina, and Jacob, as well as his niece Elizabeth of Weymouth, NH. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Janet, and brother Phil.
There will be no calling hours or funeral service.
