William R. “Bill” Lamoureux, 65, of Blackstone St. Blackstone, formerly of Wood Ave. Woonsocket, died Saturday June 21, 2014 at home. He was the loving husband of Suzanne P. (Boisvert) Lamoureux. They were married on October 14, 1972.
Born in Woonsocket he was a son of the late Raymond Lamoureux and Phyllis (Jordan) Lamoureux of Blackstone. He was a graduate of Woonsocket High School Class of 1966.
Bill was employed by the City of Woonsocket School Department as a custodian. He was an avid sports enthusiast.
Bill will be remembered as a devoted husband and father.
In addition to his wife of 41 years and his mother he is survived by a son Adam D. Lamoureux and his wife, Emily, of Santa Cruz, California.
