Ernest L. Heckman, 60, passed away June 21, 2014 at Norton’s Suburban Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Virginia Heckman, Brother Mark R. Heckman.
He is survived by his sweetheart Marie Bullard and his sons Ernie R. Heckman (Laura), Joseph L. Heckman (Alysha Jones) and Travis W. Heckman; step-son Jason W. Bullard; Brothers John F., Raymond B. and Albert J. Heckman; Sister Susan Hatter; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11 A.M. on Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Dry Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
