WILBRAHAM – Richard O. Dupuis, 54, of Wilbraham, was Called Safely Home on Father’s Day, June 15, 2014. He passed into Eternal Life at his home in Wilbraham surrounded by all the memories he loved and cherished. He was born in Springfield on November 14, 1959, a beloved son of the late Gerard N. and Lois A. (Prew) Dupuis. He was raised in Springfield and later lived in Ludlow and Wilbraham. He was last employed as a foreman for Teddy Bear Pools and Spas in Chicopee. He leaves his loving children, Tabitha A. Provost and her husband, Scott, of Broad Brook, CT, Joshua J. Dupuis of Camden, NJ, Alexandra D. Dupuis of Springfield and Sarah Rose Dupuis of Ludlow; his cherished grandchildren, Jacob and Juliette Provost; his brother, David Dupuis; his former wife, Charlene A. (Gamble) Dupuis of Springfield; and several nephews, nieces, cousins and numerous friends. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his brother, Robert Dupuis. His relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 4:30 p.m. at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. His burial will be private.
