Rosemary (Uburtis) Anderson, age 74, of Abington, formerly of Brockton, died peacefully at her home June 16, 2014 surrounded by family. Born and educated in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Anthony J. and Rose M. (McCarthy) Uburtis. She had been employed as a Production Manager by Garland Corp., a Production/Distribution Manager by Acufex Microsurgical Company and retired as Production Manager from TNCO Inc. She was an avid golfer and had been a member of the Halifax Country Club for many years and most recently a member of the Rockland Country Club. She also loved the beach, enjoyed dining with friends, and excursions to Foxwoods. Rosemary was an amazing Mother, and strong, successful woman who dedicated her life to her family.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter Margaret “Maggie” Anderson of Abington; two grandchildren Anthony Coelho and Maggie-Ann R. Coelho and was the sister of the late Edward and John Uburtis.
