Keegan, William F. of Quincy, passed away on June 17 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (Burns) Keegan. Loving father of Lynda Spillane and her husband Christopher of Marshfield, William F. Keegan Jr. and his wife Jean of Braintree and Michael P. Keegan of Weymouth. Loving grandfather of Christopher and Meghan Spillane and Kathryn, Jillian, William, Kyle, Tyler and Dominic Keegan. Loving great grandfather of 5. Dear brother of Marilyn Keegan, Barbara Qualter, Carol Donovan, Paula Kearney and the late Francis Keegan, Paul Keegan and Florence Shaw. Son of the late William F. and Florence (Calapai) Keegan. Dear brother in law of Evelyn and Althea Keegan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. William was an Iron Worker in the Local 7 Union. He served in the US Navy during the Korean Era.
Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139 in Marshfield on Sunday, June 22 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. with a service at 4:30 p.m.
