Josephine (DiFrancesco) DiPillo of Tyngsboro died Monday, June 16 in the Kindred Hospital North Shore, Peabody. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Frances (DiGregorio) DiFrancesco.
Josephine was the beloved wife of the late Victor DiPillo Sr. and devoted mother of Victor DiPillo Jr. of Tyngsboro, Robert DiPillo and his wife Theresa of South Grafton, Mary Katherine Randall and her husband Scott of Manchester, NH. She was the loving grandmother of Katherine Louise DiPillo and sister of Marion Barry of Florida. Josephine is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and beloved dogs Ella and Sasha.
A funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Thursday, June 19 at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
