Doris M. (Atwood) White age 87 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at her home in Salem.
She was born in Chelsea, MA, grew up and was educated in Chelsea and Revere, MA. She was a resident of Salem for the past 20 years, formerly of Chelsea.
Mrs. White was a homemaker. She had previously worked at the IRS in Boston and worked at Logan Airport. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and was an avid reader. Most of all Doris loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband Edward White of Salem, NH

8 Grandchildren: Shannon, Chris, Mackenzie, E.J., Meagan, Jillian, Amanda, and Nicholas
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 20th at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden, MA.
Calling hours will be Thursday, June 19th from 4-7 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
