George Gaskin, 81, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, June 1, 2014 in Fitzgerald.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Gaskin was born September 3, 1932, in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late George Reuben & Zillah Martha Cordle Gaskin. He was retired from AT&T and BellSouth.
He is survived by his two sons: George Wally Gaskin, Jr. of Lakeland, Florida and Michael Steven Gaskin of Jasper, Florida and two grandchildren: Christopher Michael Keith Gaskin and Tabathia Gaskin, all of Lakeland, Florida; and his caregiver: Nancy Cato of Fitzgerald. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy Gaskin.
