Mary Ann McDonald, 96 of 80 Baldwin Street, died Thursday Nov. 11 in Clark Manor Nursing Home, Worcester.
She leaves two nieces Nancy L. Wenckus-Bourgea with whom she lived and Marilyn McDonald of LaPine, Oregon, a nephew Thomas W. Wenckus of Rockport, Maine, close friends Jerry & Ginny Bragdon of Peru, Maine and several great nieces and nephews.
Ms. McDonald was born in Mexico, Me. daughter of John and Christina (McDougal) McDonald and lived in Rumford and Mexico, Me. all of her life until moving to Leicester, Massachusetts in 1995. She was a storeroom clerk for 26 years at Ethel Corp. in Rumford before retiring in 1970. She was a 50 year member of the Daughters of Isabella and a longtime member of the Snow Shoe Club both in Rumford. She was a former member of St. Theresa's Church in Mexico, Me.
Funeral Services and burial will be held in the Spring at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1818, Memphis, Tenn. 38101.MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester, Ma. is directing arrangements.
