Mary Alexander, 87 of Louisville passed away June 8, 2014 at Meadow View Health & Rehab.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Guido,Robert, August and John DiChiara.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, James Shacklette (Susan); daughters, Jan Finn (Ben), Julie Marker (John) and Carla Eaton (Jeff); Six beloved grandchildren, Ashley Page (Allen), Chad Eaton (Katelyn), Bradley & Katherine Shacklette, Evan Marker and Zach Finn, three great-grandchildren, Skylar Eaton, Preston & Layla Page and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Mary has chosen cremation. Memorial service to be held Wednesday, 7 pm at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Wednesday from 3-7 pm.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
