Harrington, Paul J. of Marshfield, formerly of Dorchester, passed away at age 74 on June 7, 2014. Beloved husband of 46 years to Mary A. (Garrity) Harrington, Paul is also survived by his two children, Jennifer Lyden and her husband Robert of Norwell and Keith Harrington of Marshfield, brother Jack Harrington and his wife Margie, brother in-law Frederick Garrity, grandchildren Robert and Sean Lyden, and many aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins. Paul was the son of the late Eugene and Frances Ernestine (Beaulieu) Harrington.
A Vietnam War Veteran of the United States Marines, Paul later served his community as a Scout Master to Troop 212 and enjoyed working out at the HealthTrax Gym in Hanover, all while working as an Electrician for the Local #103 IBEW.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 4 to 7 PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield, MA.
Funeral from the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Canal Street, Marshfield at 10:00 AM. Interment at Couch Cemetery, Marshfield.
