Taylor, Ruby, 91, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014. A native of Pike County, KY, Ruby was Baptist by faith and a member of Farmdale Senior Citizens Group.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Elizabeth Taylor; husband, William Williams, Sr.; and 5 siblings.
She is survived by 7 children, Patricia Witt, Charles Williams (Carol, Sandra Williams, Samuel Grant Williams, William Williams, Jr. (Amanda), Paul Williams (Betty), and Thomas Lee Williams (Debbie); and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2- 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
