Donna Alice Torvi, 61 passed away on June 1, 2014 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill. Donna was born in Lawrence to the late James Devine and her surviving mother, Teresa LaRochelle Devine. Her professional career included Simmons Precision, Compu-Graphics, Apollo Computer, and Hewlett Packard. She was a member of the Far Corners Tuesday Morning Ladies Golf League and ski instructor at Ski Bradford. She loved skiing, golf, photography, and nature.
Donna was the beloved wife to Peter Torvi of Groveland for 23 years. She was the devoted mother of Julia Torvi of Groveland and Joshua Torvi of Groveland. She was the dear sister of Lisa Kenerson of North Reading and James Devine of Manchester, NH.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday June 7th 12:30PM at the First Religious Society (Unitarian Universalist), 26 Pleasant St. Newburyport, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 North Ave. Haverhill, MA 01830. Arrangements entrusted to the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home. The Kenneth H.
