Whitman - Cynthia Lapham 68, of Whitman passed away on Tuesday May 27.
Born in Brockton she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Lena (Daneault) Lapham and a lifelong resident of Whitman.
Cynthia loved gardening, was an avid reader, and enjoyed traveling and dining out at local restaurants. She loved animals especially her two companions “Strudel” and “Gus”.
She will be truly missed by her beloved friend Vivian Crowley and her many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Memorial Service to be held Saturday June 7 at 9 AM in the First Congregational Church, 519 Washington Street, Whitman, MA 02382.
In lieu of flowers donations in Cynthia’s name may be made to the Whitman Fire Department Gift Fund, Box 168, Whitman, MA 02382.
