Phyllis Gean (Richardson) Fulkerson, 84, of Fishers died June 1, 2014 at Community North in Indianapolis after a sudden illness.
Survivors include three sons, Danny (Leli) Fulkerson; Scotty (Sheryl) Fulkerson all of Fishers; R. Steven (Carmen) Fulkerson of Panama; six grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Fulkerson in 1987.
Private services will be held on Tuesday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Burial at East Maplewood Cemetery.
