Thomas Vincent “T.V” Kelley, 91, formerly of Worcester, passed away Monday, May 26th in Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River. His wife, Shirley M. (Dunham) Kelley, died in 1986. He leaves four daughters, Karen A. Stalilonis and her husband Bernard of Lakeland, FL, Kathleen Stalilonis and her husband William of Auburndale, FL, Nancy E. Shaw and her husband Thomas of Lakeland, FL, and Kris E. Oliveira and her husband John of Portsmouth, RI; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a brother, Francis Kelley, and two sisters, Janet Corbin and Barbara Welcome, and his longtime companion, Maureen (Honan) Deradorian.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Harold and Alice (Mitchell) Kelley and graduated from the former High School of Commerce. T.V. was a self employed appliance repairman for many years and had been a member of the Webster Square Business Association. He enjoyed golfing and anything to do with horses.
T.V.’s family would like to acknowledge Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Fall River for the compassionate care they provided and Fr. Jim Carmody, pastor of St. Peter’s Parish, Northbridge, for his support and friendship over the years.
The funeral is Friday, May 30th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 5 Spaulding Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, May 29th in the funeral home.
