Maurice L. Lauzon 88, died Friday at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Karen (Rohan) Lauzon and the late Francis Lauzon. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Leo and Margaret (Plasse) Lauzon. Maurice was a truck driver for Imperial Box Co. for forty two years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 92.
Besides his wife he leaves a step-son Kevin Robinson of ME, and a step-daughter Kim Toomey of Northbridge, and four grandchildren, Erin Toomey, Shaine, Brandon, and Darrin Robinson.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier
Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Paul’s Church, St. Paul St. Blackstone. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Tuesday 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to The Blackstone Council on Aging, 15 St. Paul St., Blackstone, MA 01504 in his memory would be appreciated.
