Kevin M. Fitzpatrick, 58, of New Bedford died May 21, 2014 unexpectedly at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Boston, the son of the late John and Margaret (McDermott) Fitzpatrick, he lived in Everett before moving to New Bedford in 2012.
Mr. Fitzpatrick was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his 3 sons, Kory Fitzpatrick and his wife Amanda of Auburn, Kyle Fitzpatrick and his fiancée Rachelle of Wakefield, and Kevin Fitzpatrick of Miramar, CA; 2 brothers, Michael Fitzpatrick of Everett, and Paul Fitzpatrick of Florida; a sister, Debbie O'Neill and her husband Kevin of Everett; a grandchild, Kameron; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late John Fitzpatrick.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 11 AM in St. Lawrence Church, 565 County St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours are omitted. Arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
