WEBSTER - Norman D. Albetski, 53, of Wrentham died unexpectedly Friday, May 16, 2014 in Norwood Hospital after being stricken ill at home.
He leaves his father, Bernard M. Albetski of Webster; 2 sisters, Elaine M. Martin and her husband George of Dudley and Bernice G. Hicks and her husband James of Erie, CO; a nephew, David Martin; 3 nieces, Sharlene Martin, Dawn Szacik and Jennifer Hicks; a great-nephew, Adam Martin and a great-niece, Amanda Martin. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E. (Murolo) Albetski in 2001 and by a sister, Janet V. Szacik in 2014.
He was born and raised in Webster and was a former member of Saint Louis Church.
A memorial Mass will be held Friday, May 23, at 11:00 AM in Saint Louis Church, 14 Lake Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Donations in his name may be made to Helping Hands, PO Box 343, Dudley, MA 01571. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., Webster.
