Passed away peacefully at his home in Forest Lake. Peter was born in St.Paul & attended Johnson High school. Shortly after high school he married his sweetheart & the love of his life, Janice. They spent many wonderful years together. He loved to travel & often took his family on camping trips throughout Minnesota & vacations around the country. Peter was a skilled craftsman & worked many years as a millwright & was known to be a master journeyman in that field. Upon retirement, he worked out of his home shop in a metal fabrication business. Peter was known for his sense of humor, love of his family & strong faith in God. He will be remembered & missed by many. Preceded in death by his parents Iver & Maryjane; wife Janice; & granddaughter Selena. Survived by his brothers Steven (Helen) & Alan (Sue); sons Keith (Jovita), Dale (Karen) & Jason; 12 grandchildren; 6 great granchildren; many nieces & nephews. Funeral service Wednesday (5/21) 1:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 12:00 PM. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Maplewood, MN.
