A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church-Winthrop at 11:30am. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will be in Winthrop Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to a charity of your choice. Prior to her retirement, Marie was the manager of the local draft board for the Selective Service Dept. She was a member of the Cottage Park Yacht Club, where she participated in the afternoon ladies bowling league. She was also a member of the Winthrop Catholic Woman’s Club.
