Obituary

WEBSTER/PLYMOUTH – Mary A. (Paholski) Kubicki, 90, formerly of Webster, died Friday, January 24, 2014 at Plymouth Rehab & Health Care. Her husband of 63 years, Francis J. Kubicki, died in 2010.
She leaves 4 children, Diane Perry and her husband Paul of Plymouth, Robert Kubicki Esq. of Dallas, TX, Mark Kubicki and his wife Joanne of Dudley, and Donna Wilson and her husband Philip of Ashland; 6 grandchildren, Matthew Perry and his wife Marcy, Lauren Perry, Lee “Coco” Kubicki, Zachary Wilson, Chloe Wilson and Mara Wilson; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 6 sisters.
She was born and raised in Dudley, the youngest of 10 children of Martin and Mary (Lis) Paholski and lived there until moving to Webster in 1947. She graduated from Bartlett High School in Webster in 1941.
Mrs. Kubicki served as a W.A.V. E. in the US Navy during WWII.
She devoted herself to raising her children. She then worked as a clerk in the Tax Collectors Office in Webster for a time.
She was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica and of its Holy Rosary Sodality.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, May 24, at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. The Webster-Dudley Veterans Council will perform the military honors at the cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster.
