Obituary


Brockton – Joseph H. Joseph, a former resident of Halifax for over 30 years, died peacefully Tuesday May 6 in West Acres Nursing Home at the age of 102. He was the beloved husband of the late Esther C. (Higgins) Joseph.

He is survived by his loving niece and nephew Kathryn O’Donnell of Brockton and George Pepin and his wife Carole of N. Weymouth; also great nephew Christopher Pepin of WA. He was the brother of the late Mary C. Pepin and Bertha C. Kinsella.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force during WWII as a staff sergant for the 94 bomb group during the European Theatre.

His funeral mass will be held Saturday May 10 at 9 AM in Our Lady of the Lake Church, 575 Monponsett Street, Halifax. Burial will follow in the Central Cemetery, Halifax. Visiting hours are omitted by request of the family.
