WORCESTER – Lucy A.(Deforge) Dalianis, 77, of 17 Tower Street died Sunday, November 7 in Knollwood Nursing Home after an illness.
She leaves her husband of 55 years George P. Dalianis; a son Paul A. husband of Ann (Leary) Dalianis of Worcester; a sister Shirley wife of Daniel Taras of Tenants Harbor, ME; 3 granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a son Mark A. Dalianis. She was born in Springfield daughter of Albert J. and Lucy (Bozek) Deforge.
She was a member of the Worcester/Auburn Emblem Club and Immaculate Conception Church. She was a foster parent for Catholic Charities. She attended South High School and Memorial Hospital Nursing School.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 10 in Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove Street with a mass at 10 AM. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Execuative Blvd., Rockville, MD 20852.
