Kelly Ann Durkin, 37, of Tewksbury, died peacefully on Monday, April 28, 2014, at Kindred Healthcare of Peabody surrounded by her loving family.
Kelly was the loving daughter of Walter F. Durkin and Gale F. (Hanna) Durkin, and sister of Shaun F. Durkin, all of Tewksbury; and the beloved maternal granddaughter of Leonard F. Hanna of Natick and the late Doris F. (Ryan) Hanna, and paternal granddaughter of Natalie L. Durkin of Concord and the late Francis T. Durkin. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was a 1995 graduate of Tewksbury High School, and continued her education at Merrimack College and Middlesex Community College receiving her degree in Accounting. Kelly went on to become a Financial Advisor.
Although her life was cut short, Kelly was able to live it to the fullest savoring and cherishing every moment. She loved spending time with family and friends and loved her dog dearly, Bailey.
Kelly liked traveling, loved Arizona, and was a Patriots and Bruins fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 2nd at 10:00 A.M. in St Patrick’s Church Natick. Visiting hours in the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common are on Friday morning beginning at 8:30 A.M. prior to the Mass.
