Beatrice (Almeida) Andrade, 87, of New Bedford died Friday November 5, 2004 at Taber Street Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness.
Born in Pawtucket, R.I., the daughter of the late Casmiro and Palmira (Delgado) Almeida, she had lived in Plymouth for most of her life before moving to New Bedford in 1985.
Survivors include her former husband, Henrique Andrade of New Bedford; three sons, Henry Andrade, Jr. of Boston, Michael Andrade of New Bedford, and Frank Andrade of Plymouth; a daughter, Margaret Correia of New Bedford; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Kenneth Andrade.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, Monday November 8, 2004 at 8 AM. Graveside Committal Service in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Wareham, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be on Sunday November 7, 2004 from 6-9 PM.
