Obituary

Arthur K. Tordoff, a lifelong resident of Canton died peacefully April 28, 2014 in Tower Hill Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation after a long illness. He was 70 years old.

Raised in Canton, Arthur proudly served in the Army National Guard as a Staff Sergeant working as a welder/blacksmith. He worked as a plumber for JPA and for EM Duggan in Canton for many years until retiring in 2004. Arthur was a proud supporter of the NRA and enjoyed striper fishing and riding his Harley Davidson.

Son of the late Arthur (Ted) and Margaret Tordoff. Devoted husband of Karen Tordoff ( O’Neill) of Canton. Loving father of Pamela H. Groom of Pembroke. Joshua D. Tordoff and his wife Michelle of Hanson, and Josiah K. Tordoff of Canton. Brother of the late Jerilyn Tordoff-Flagg. Proud grandfather of Mark, Zachary, and Tyler Groom all of Pembroke.

Visiting hours in the Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St.,Canton, Saturday May 3, 2014 from 2-6 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
