New Bedford MA-Dorothy E. (Sylvia) Morrow 67, died on November 1, 2004 at St Luke's Hospital. Mrs. Morrow was the wife of Robert J. Morrow. She was the mother of Susan Ann Borelho of Edgewater, FL., Nacy Stapleton of New Smyrna Beach, FL.., and Stephen Morrow of Dartmouth, MA. She was the grandmother of Stephanie Toussaint, Melissa Gomes, Kiana Sweat, Brando Rapoza, William Morrow. She was the great-grandmother of Mary and Isabel Toussaint.Mrs. Morrow was the sister of Richard and Donald Sylvia of New Bedford MA., David Sylvia of Admsville, RI.,and the late Natalie Rodriques and Robert Sylvia. She was also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Mrs. Morrow is the daoughter of the late Edward and Mary (Aguiar) Sylvia. She was a lifelong resident of this area. She was the Director of Food Service at New Bedford Jewish Convalescent Home, until her retirement.
According to her wishes she will be cremated, private interment of ashes will be done at the conveniences of the family, and it will be private at her request. Donation may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA. 01701-9376.
