Shirley L. Elias, 89, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at The Holiday in Lincoln surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Richard G. Elias.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late James McKeon and Leona E. (Boehm) Murray. She lived in Cranston for many years before moving to Warwick where she resided for 24 years.
Shirley was a homemaker and loved golf and bowling. She was a former member of the Exeter Country Club.
She is survived by her children, Charlene Lombardo and her husband, Tony of Uxbridge, MA and Stephen R. Elias and his wife, Sally of Johnston, four grandchildren, Amy Parenteau of Lincoln, Danyel Evans of Cranston, Stephen J. Elias of Cranston and Richard Lombardo of Lincoln and six great grandchildren, Nathan, Madison, Delaney, Carter, Colton and Madelyn.
Visitation Saturday 12-1:00pm in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI. Burial Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 2374 Post Rd., #206, Warwick, RI 02886.
