In Boston, April 22, 2014 Heather L. Duarte, Age 35 passed away unexpectedly in her home due to a past medical condition. Heather was born in Fall River, the daughter of Edward Duarte of Taunton and Dianne (Jose) Duarte of Taunton, she also leaves her step dad Lee Jackson of Sandwich. Heather was educated in Taunton schools, a graduate of Taunton High School 1996 and of Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy. Heather has resided in Roslindale the past ten years and was employed for Work Out World in West Roxbury as a fitness manager. Heather loved playing sports especially softball, basketball and football and coached all these sports as well. She also enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii, going to Red Sox games with her twin sister Heidi and living in Boston. In addition to her parents Heather is survived her siblings Sharon Masterson and her husband Richard of Berkley, Edward Duarte Jr. of Taunton, Jennifer Duarte of Taunton, Melissa Foley and her husband Billy of Taunton and her twin sister Heidi Duarte of Taunton. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, including her Godson Harrison Mattos of Taunton and too many friends to mention. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 28th at 11 am. at the Annunciation of the Lord Church in Taunton. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday from 2-5 pm at the O'Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA. Burial will be in Pleasant St. Cemetery in Raynham.
