Obituary

Raymon “Hoo-Hoo” Howard, Jr., 86, of Boscawen, died peacefully at his home April 13, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Allenstown, NH December 19, 1927 the son of Raymon and Sarah (McConnell) Howard Sr. He lived most of his life in Manchester.

Raymon worked for A.W. Hastings for more than 40 years. He also had worked at Johnson Building Materials and Vermont Salvage.

He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and most recently spending time with his granddaughter Hannah.

He leaves two sons, Trent Howard and Greg Robinson, both of Boscawen; two granddaughters, Hannah Howard of Boscawen and Katelyn Boisvert of Manchester; a sister, Dorothy “Dot” Bourque of Bow; his longtime family friends, Lonnie Lord and Robert Laferriere; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Janet (Worthen) Howard and by a brother, Charles Howard.



The funeral was held on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
