NORTH DIGHTON – Kenneth J. DeMoura, husband of Yvonne M. (Adamczyk) DeMoura of North Dighton, died unexpectedly at Morton Hospital on April 5, 2014.
He was 65.
Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late Joseph and Eleanor (Rebello) DeMoura.
Raised and educated in Taunton, Kenneth was a 1966 graduate of Taunton High School.
He was employed by Mount Hope Machinery as a design draftsman for thirty-seven years, retiring in 2003.
A Red Sox fan and classic car buff, Kenny enjoyed woodworking and attending flea markets.
In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter, Karen DaSilva and her husband Robert of Taunton; a sister, Kathleen Borges and her husband Tony of Taunton; four nephews, David and Darrell Borges, both of Taunton, Dennis Borges of Berkley and Jeff Adamczyk of Taunton; and a niece, Allison Adamczyk of Taunton.
His funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Friday, April 11th at 8:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at Annunciation of the Lord Church at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on the family between the hours of 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. prior to the funeral mass.
