Stanley David Wallace, 71, of Tifton died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2014, at Faith Worship Center. Rev. Tim Henry will officiate with a private burial to be held at a later date.
Mr. Wallace was born on May 14, 1942 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was the son of Stewart and Eugenia Wallace, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Othel Luke Wallace. He was an electrician and independent contractor. He loved to hunt, fish and cook.
Mr. Wallace is survived by one niece, Regina Bradford and husband, Scott of Tifton; one nephew, Wendell Luke of Sumner; and a special friend, David Cherry, Sr. and wife, Linda of Montgomery, Alabama.
