On April 1, 2014 FREDRIC J. (FRED) HERMAN, 91 of Bel Air, MD is the beloved husband of 64 years to Beverly Herman, loving father of Rodney Herman of Georgetown, DE and the late Emma Mae Herman, dear brother of the late Barbara Simon and Alvia DiFatta.
