Daniel Louis Goldberg of New York died on April 1, 2014. He was the beloved fiancé of Irene Field. Daniel was the devoted father of Alan Goldberg and cousin of Merrick Sokol, Stuart Sokol, and Cookie Rosenfield.
Daniel was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in NY and NJ for the past 45 plus years. Daniel was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and served the country from 1942-1946. He was a Chief Electrical Engineer for the Port Authority in New York and New Jersey. Daniel was a member of the Institute for Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) and was a member of the Jewish War Veterans.
Graveside services on Friday, April 4, 1:00 PM at Tifereth Israel of Revere Cemetery, 232 Fuller Street in Everett.
