TEWKSBURY - Theresa M. (Cullen) Hooper, age 87, died peacefully March 31, at the Blaire House in Tewksbury after a long period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of the late Elezear “Butch” W. Hooper, who died in 1994. She was born March 22, 1927 in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Mary (MacDonald) and Michael Cullen. She moved to Tewksbury in 1969 to raise her family. She worked at Staurts Department Store in Tewksbury from its opening until its closing.
She is survived by five sons and two daughters-in-law, George M. Hooper of Billerica, Richard E. Hooper and his wife Barbara (Saunders) of Nashua, NH, John A. Hooper and his wife Jo Anne (Clement) of Tewksbury, Kevin M. Hooper of Warner Robins, GA, Michael W. Hooper of Tewksbury, nine grandchildren, Jasmine, George Jr., Meagan, Christina, Jennifer, Stephanie, Kathryn, Josh, Jessie and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
